Privacy Policy

Structra Technologies, LLC (“Structra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a project-management SaaS platform for engineering and design firms, and PropertyWorks, a scheduling and estimating platform for local service companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at structra.tech, our applications (app.structra.tech and v2.structra.tech), and the text messages we send (together, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information. Name, work email, company name, and phone number when you sign up, request a demo, or use the Service.
• Project content. Files, plans, comments, and other data you or your team upload to manage projects.
• Communications. Messages you send us through forms, email, or SMS.
• Billing information. Payment method details, processed by our payment provider (Polar). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data. Pages visited, features used, and timestamps, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Device data. IP address, browser type, and operating system.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Send transactional messages (email and, with consent, SMS) about projects, inspections, and account activity.
• Respond to support requests and demo inquiries.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. SMS / Text Message Notifications

Structra sends transactional text messages from our toll-free number +1 (844) 956-5721: appointment updates to customers of service companies that use PropertyWorks (sent on that company’s behalf and starting with its name), job reminders to their crew members, and sign-in codes you request. How you opt in

• Checking the optional, unchecked text-updates box on a service company’s quote request form.
• Telling the service company you want text updates; their staff record your agreement and the date on your job.
• As a crew member, agreeing when your employer adds your mobile number; they record the agreement and the date.
• Requesting a sign-in code by text on the PropertyWorks sign-in page (one code per request).

Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of requesting a quote, booking service, or using the Service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your activity (typically 1–5 texts per job for customers; up to one reminder per workday for crew). Message and data rates may apply. Structra does not charge for texts.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to resume.
• Reply HELP, or email support@structra.tech.

Carrier disclosure

Carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are subject to change without notice.

What we share for SMS

To deliver text messages, we share your phone number and the message contents with our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to route and deliver the message. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payments, error monitoring). They are contractually bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Within your organization. Project content is visible to other authorized members of your organization on the Service.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Structra or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and project information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@structra.tech.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email privacy@structra.tech. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

Structra is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
